Have a narrow width? Although our Wedding and Black Tie flip-flops are medium width, the alteration we can make to accommodate a narrow width is to provide straps one size down. For example, if you are a size 9, we can use size 8 straps. If this interests you, please copy and paste this sentence only in comments on the order form:
"Please alter for narrow width. I accept final sale, no exchange."
1. We use classic moire tafetta fabric. Moire has a "watermark" pattern.
2. Foam cushion added inside for additional comfort.
3. Your choice of heel or no heel: Height is 7/8" with, and 1/2" without.
4. Even our shoe labels add cushion to your heel!
5. We sew on many of the ornamentation, as well as use permanent adhesives.
6. Our flip-flops are made in our design studio located in New York.

SHIPPING TIME:
It will take three full business days to fill your order. Then we will ship according to the shipping method you selected. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be logged in as Monday orders. For orders requesting multiple pairs, please allow one to two extra business days. If you pay by E-Check, personal check or money order, we will ship after your check has cleared in our account. If you are in a RUSH, send us an e-mail request. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
International Order Procedures and Policy: We are now offering International Shipping! To cover shipping and handling charges, please select the $25.00 shipping option, although we will actually ship USPS International Priority rather than USPS Express. We do not offer express shipping on interntional orders. Paypal payments are accepted. You do not have to be a member. Check or money orders are not accepted. All sales are final. Please indicate in the "comments" box provided on our order form: "I accept final sale." REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Sorry, there are no refunds on our flip-flops. If you ordered one to two-pair: we will accept a one-time exchange on ONE PAIR only, per order on unworn, unsoiled filp-flops within 10 days from the date you receive your order. For orders of three or more pair, we allow exchanging up to TWO PAIR, one time only, per order. Exchange procedure/form can be found by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Due to customs, taxes and duties, all International orders are final sale, no exchanges.
Any items sent back to us without our pre-authorization or without a pre-paid exchange form will be unopened and RETURNED TO SENDER. Testimonials
SPECIAL OFFER for TWO PAIRS same size (USA residents only):
If you plan to order TWO PAIR of our flip-flops for yourself, we suggest that you order one pair first, to be sure of the correct size and fit. Once you receive your order, and all is well, if you place an order for another pair in the same size within ten days (no exceptions) from the date you ordered the first pair...we'll ship that second pair for free! Just choose the "shoe clips" shipping option ONLY when you place the second order. In "comments" on the order form please indicate "same size/2nd pair".
