What! No Contact number? If you are wondering why there is no telephone contact number, our reason is simple: We are trying to give you the most value for your dollar. We feel we can have a professional and personable relationship with you by responding to any e-mail sent to us. If you read our testimonials, you will see many comments regarding satisfying customer service. We try to keep our overhead low, so we can pass on the savings to you!

Remember, you don't have to be a bride to wear our flip-flops! However, weddings are Tracey's inspiration. Our flip-flops make a great shower gift too. They are easy to carry along for your Las Vegas wedding, or perfect for your beach wedding. Wear them during your wedding reception, or take them on your honeymoon.

SHIPPING TIME:
It will take three full business days to fill your order. Then we will ship according to the shipping method you selected. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be logged in as Monday orders. For orders requesting multiple pairs, please allow one to two extra business days. If you pay by E-Check, personal check or money order, we will ship after your check has cleared in our account. If you are in a RUSH, send us an e-mail request. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Sorry, there are no refunds on our flip-flops, shoe clips or vintage purses.
Shoe Clips are exchange only within 10 days.
There are no refunds or exchanges on our Bridesmaid flip-flops.
For Wedding flip-flops: If you ordered one to two-pair: we will accept a one-time exchange on ONE PAIR only, per order on unworn, unsoiled filp-flops within 10 days from the date you receive your order. For orders of three or more pair, we allow exchanging up to TWO PAIR, one time only, per order. Exchange procedure/form can be found by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
Any items sent back to us without our pre-authorization or without a pre-paid exchange form will be unopened and RETURNED TO SENDER. If you wish to make an exchange and pay by personal check (US residents only), please notify us by e-mail questions@traceyasaidesigns.com, before shipping your package, otherwise we will not be able to accept the package and will RETURN TO SENDER. International Order Procedures and Policy: We are now offering International Shipping! To cover shipping and handling charges, please select the $25.00 shipping option, although we will actually ship USPS International Priority rather than USPS Express. We do not offer express shipping on interntional orders. Paypal payments are accepted. You do not have to be a member. Check or money orders are not accepted. All sales are final.
