SHIPPING TIME:
It may take up to three full business days to fill your order (we have been known to ship in less time, however we commit to three days). Then we will ship according to the shipping method you selected. USPS Priority for USA orders takes 2 to 3 days for delivery. USPS Global Priority, for International orders, takes 6 to 10 days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be logged in as Monday orders. For orders requesting multiple pairs, please allow one to two extra business days. If you pay by personal check we will ship after your check has cleared in our account. If you are in a RUSH, send us an e-mail request. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
International Order Procedures and Policy: For International orders, we ship USPS Global Priority only. This will take 6 to 10 days to arrive to most destinations. *ATTENTION ALL UK BRIDES* IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT PARCELFORCE, a UK company has been imposing extra fees on packages that come from the USA. Your package may get to UK Customs then you may be required to pay "surcharges" to have your package released and delivered to your door. Since December 2009, we have heard of three cases so far. IF you do not see your package within 13 days, contact your local PARCELFORCE. One bride said she had to "pay £8.17 vat and £8.00 parcel force clearance fee". Two brides said because the "item looks more expensive than what is shown on the Customs form" ParcelForce imposed a fee. If we shipped via a private shipping company (we ship through the United States Postal Service) you would be paying double in shipping fees.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Sorry, there are no refunds on any of our products.Sorry, there are no refunds on our flip-flops. We will accept a one-time exchange on ONE PAIR only, per order, on unworn, unsoiled flip-flops within 10 days from the date you receive your order. For orders of four or more pair, we allow a one-time exchange for up to TWO PAIR only, per order. Exchange procedure/form can be found by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Due to customs, taxes and duties, all International orders are final sale.
Any items sent back to us without our pre-authorization or without a pre-paid exchange form will be unopened and RETURNED TO SENDER. Testimonials
