This was not designated as a "dyeable" shoe by the company, Middletown Footwear, who commissioned Tracey to paint this style. But with using a bit of unorthodox methods, Tracey transformed this otherwise white shoe by creating the polk-a-dots, the glitz, the trim and the bow, not to mention the jewel-toned color combination.
