Do you need to make a change?
Use the exchange forms below when you want another design (and or size) of same value or lesser priced pair: Bridal flip-flops, Black Tie or Wedding Wedges. Sorry, we do not give partial refunds.
If you wish to make an exchange for an item that costs more than your original purchase, please place a new order. In comments write "Exchange for order number _ _ _ _ _ _ ". When we receive your return, we will refund the cost of the original order. We do not refund shipping charges.
This page is for your Exchange. Before clicking on the appropriate thumbnail image below please note: There is a $1.00 restocking fee. Please be sure to return the original item within 10 days. When we receive your completed exchange form and payment as well as the returned item, we will ship your exchange within three business days.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Sorry, there are no refunds on our flip-flops. We will accept a one-time exchange on ONE PAIR only, per order, on unworn, unsoiled flip-flops within 10 days from the date you receive your order. For orders of four or more pair, we allow a one-time exchange for up to TWO PAIR only, per order. Exchange procedure and form can be found by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Due to customs, taxes and duties, all International orders are final sale.

Any items sent back to us without our pre-authorization or without a pre-paid exchange form will be unopened and RETURNED TO SENDER. If you wish to make an exchange and pay by personal check (US residents only), please notify us by e-mail questions@traceyasaidesigns.com, before shipping your package, otherwise we will not be able to accept the package and will RETURN TO SENDER.
